COURSE MARKING
All courses will be marked with flags on the trails. On crossroads there will either be voluntary people or clearly marked signs for the racers. It is forbidden to run outside of the trails to avoid disturbing the wildlife in the area. Note that all courses will follow trails or gravel roads and therefore limited marking will be put in place on places where the course follows a trail/road. It is recommended to download the GPX file and inport it to your watch or mobile phone for the race. It is forbidden to run with shoes that have metal sparks.
WILD REINDEER AWARENESS
We are moving through a wild reindeer area, so we must show consideration and respect for all animals and nature. It is prohibited to disturb or try to approach the reindeer. If they are on the trail, you should run around them and give them as much space as possible.
CAN YOU BRING A DOG TO THE RACE?
No, dogs are not allowed. This is for the safety and fairness of other runners, and also to protect the ptarmigan nesting during this period.
TRASH
It is prohibited to litter along the course, and violations will result in disqualification. Please take your trash to the finish line or dispose of it in the garbage bags at the aid stations along the course.
FIRST AID
First aid equipment is available at all aid stations, and there is medical assistance at the start and finish areas. It is also mandatory to carry basic first aid equipment with you.
WITHDRAWING FROM THE RACE / DNF
Anyone who does not finish the race must inform the race office located at the hotel where you collected your bib. This is important for safety reasons, so the organizers can keep track of all participants. Race director: +47 94811381.
AWARD CEREMONY
All finishers will receive a light meal and drink at the finish line. We will highlight the top 10 in each class and segment winners. See the program for time schedule. Everyone who finishes will also have a chance to win raffle prizes and Hoka shoes!

As a tradition from the major ultramarathons in Central Europe, we will also give special recognition to the last person who crosses the finish line at Norefjell Trail, concluding the wonderful race day! Come join us for this celebration - we will gather at the finish area at around 18:00.
